Real Wedding · Noble Fox Farm · Louisburg, NC

Olivia and Bryan described their wedding day in three words: emotional, perfect, intimate. Their Noble Fox Farm wedding in Louisburg, NC brought together a ceremony by the pond, a rustic chic barn, and a vendor team that poured everything into one beautiful fall evening on September 26, 2026.

I photographed their engagement session and their wedding day, with Orville on video. As a Charlotte wedding photographer who travels across North Carolina, I get to see a lot of beautiful venues, and this Louisburg barn wedding is going to stay with me for a long time.

How Olivia and Bryan Met

They met at church. For Olivia, it was close to love at first sight. The certainty came through years of actions that showed them both this was it.

Then Bryan proposed on top of Hanging Rock mountain. Who cried first? Olivia did, and she will tell you that herself.

Why They Chose Noble Fox Farm

What sold them on Noble Fox Farm? The rustic chic vibe and the way the venue is laid out. The property sits on 10 acres in Louisburg, about 20 minutes north of Wake Forest, with a barn and a pond that make the whole day feel connected.

As a photographer, I love a venue where every space works. Olivia and Bryan got ready in the on site bridal and groom suites, said their vows by the water, and welcomed guests to cocktail hour on the reception patio. No shuttles, no rushing, just one beautiful property.

A Pond Ceremony at Noble Fox Farm

The ceremony took place by the pond, under a draped arbor dressed with hydrangeas. Ferns and white flowers lined the aisle, and memory chairs with photos and roses held space for loved ones who could not be there.

Before the ceremony, Olivia and Bryan shared a private first touch at the wooden barn doors, vow books in hand, without seeing each other. Olivia also shared a first look with her dad at the arbor, and Bryan had a moment with his mom. Those quiet moments set the tone for everything that followed.

The Details

White embroidered cowboy boots. Pearl jewelry. Vow books, wax seals, and petal fans. A gold welcome mirror and fan programs for guests. Every detail felt personal, and guests are still talking about how beautiful the decor was. The florals and decor by The Catherine Garden tied it all together.

The Food Guests Are Still Talking About

Ask anyone who was there and the food comes up first. Olivia and Bryan said their guests are still talking about it, along with the perfect weather. Catering by Showside Grill clearly made an impression.

The Last Dance

When I asked Olivia for the one moment she keeps replaying, the answer was their last dance. Their first dance was to Dance of a Lifetime by Drake Milligan, and by the end of the night DJ Nate Millz had the whole dance floor full. Guests sent them off with ribbon wands and cupcakes for the road.

Advice From Olivia and Bryan

If you are planning right now, here is their advice: give yourself plenty of time. They planned their wedding in a seven month engagement, and that is their biggest tip for couples starting out.

Working With Alford Event Design

I had the pleasure of working alongside Carrigan of Alford Event Design for this wedding. From our first conversation, she was organized, responsive, and easy to collaborate with. She shared a detailed, thoughtful timeline, welcomed adjustments for our photo and video coverage, and had the family portrait list ready so nothing was missed.

She understands that great photos and video depend on a smooth day, and she makes that happen. Couples can trust her to keep everything running calmly. As a wedding photographer and videographer, I would gladly work with her again.

What They Said About Their Photos and Video

"LeVar has such a calming presence and instantly makes you feel comfortable during your sessions. Orville was wonderful as well and hyped us up while filming. Our special day would not have been the same without LeVar and Orville!"

Olivia, Google Review

Olivia also shared that we stayed in the background, were polite, and made it fun while we worked. That is exactly how I want every couple to feel, whether we are in Louisburg, Raleigh, or back home in Charlotte.
